Job Title: Full-Time Warehouse Coordinator

Location: Richmond, VT

Schedule: 40hrs/week

Salary Range: $45K-$50K

Benefits: 401K w/ match, healthcare, dental

Reports to: Ops Manager

Start Date: Mid August

Overview: 

Bivo is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to support our growing operations. This full-time role is essential to ensuring timely and accurate shipping and receiving of both DTC (direct-to-consumer) and wholesale orders. You’ll work closely with our Ops Manager to help maintain organization, efficiency, and quality within our warehouse.

Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and ship customer and wholesale orders
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments
• Help maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits
• Process returns and exchanges
• Support general warehouse organization and cleanliness
• Collaborate with the Ops/Warehouse Manager on additional operational needs

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Ability to lift boxes (up to 40 lbs) and be on your feet for extended periods
• Prior warehouse or shipping experience is a plus, but not required
