Products purchased on the Bivo website can be returned to Bivo for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. In order to be eligible for return, products must be in an unused condition with their original packaging intact.
Email us at email@example.com with your order #. Tell us what items from your order you would like to return or exchange. We will then issue you an RMA #. Write this RMA # on the outside of your package. Please ship the product(s) back to us at:

We recommend including tracking for your shipment. Keep this information for your records until the return is complete. Refunds take approximately 10-14 days after we receive your product. Your credit card account will show the difference in purchase amount on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank or billing cycle. We do not refund the initial shipping cost and return shipping is to be paid by the customer.
We do our best to process and ship orders within 48hrs of purchase. Orders ship only Monday through Friday; we do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
We offer international shipping, but Bivo does not and can not determine or cover the VAT/GST/Duty costs for your delivery. For example, in the EU this could be upwards of 18% for VAT. Take this into consideration before your international purchase. Thank you for understanding, we are working to broaden our distribution as soon as possible!
