Products purchased on the Bivo website can be returned to Bivo for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. In order to be eligible for return, products must be in an unused condition with their original packaging intact.
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order #. Tell us what items from your order you would like to return or exchange. We will then issue you an RMA #. Write this RMA # on the outside of your package. Please ship the product(s) back to us at:

We recommend including tracking for your shipment. Keep this information for your records until the return is complete. Refunds take approximately 10-14 days after we receive your product. Your credit card account will show the difference in purchase amount on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank or billing cycle. We do not refund the initial shipping cost and return shipping is to be paid by the customer.
We do our best to ship your order within 24-48hrs of purchase.
We offer shipping to the US, Canada, and Mexico. If you don't live in one of these countries, we can still get you Bivo gear. The reason we do not offer shipping outside these countries is because a payment for duty and VAT will be required when the package reaches customs. We don't want this charge to surprise our customers.
