Schedule: full-time
Salary Range: $50K-$55K
Benefits: 401K w/ match, healthcare, dental
Reports to: Ops Manager
Start Date: ASAP
About Bivo:
Bivo is a performance product company that cares deeply about the impact of raw materials on humans and humanity. Our first products are sophisticated metal water bottles for cyclists, with a flow rate fit for astronauts ... (No seriously, our engineer worked for NASA).
Located in the heart of Richmond, VT, access to walking, running and mountain bike trails will be just minutes out the door. Plus, we make a mean cup of coffee.
Overview:
You’ll be the go-to person for our dealers, sales reps, and internal team, keeping things organized and running smoothly across our wholesale business. From answering questions to tracking orders to making sure everyone has what they need, you’ll help keep communication clear and consistent.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, likes bringing order to the details, and is excited to be part of a growing, fast-moving team.
Responsibilities:
Dealer Services (Wholesale Support)
- Serve as a key contact for retailers and sales reps, processing all order management and service related questions.
- Process B2B orders, pre-season commitments, and invoices accurately and on time.
- Provide retailers and reps with product knowledge, merchandising best practices, and brand insights.
- Act as the B2B platform expert: onboarding, training, and troubleshooting for retailers and reps.
- Coordinate returns, exchanges, and warranty claims for dealer accounts.
- Track and share dealer and rep feedback with the sales, operations, and product teams.
- Partner with fulfillment and logistics to resolve escalated issues quickly.
- Bring Bivo’s values to every interaction: responsive, authentic, and solution-oriented.
Sales Operations Responsibilities
- Manage systems and tools that drive sales operations (Shopify, B2B portal, reporting dashboards).
- Coordinate with operations to align purchase orders, inventory flow, and shipping timelines.
- Support global wholesale logistics (EU, UK, Japan) alongside the operations team.
- Build and maintain internal sales reports, performance summaries, and sell-through analyses.
- Track pre-season and in-season performance to inform future forecasts and product allocation.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Great communicator who enjoys building relationships and solving problems.
- Experience with Shopify, Excel, B2B platforms, or CRM tools is a plus.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and present insights.
- Collaborative, positive, and aligned with Bivo’s values: authentic, community-driven, and fun
Why Bivo?
We’re a small, fast-moving team passionate about performance, sustainability, and doing things differently. If you’re excited to be part of a growing company with a mission—and like to have fun along the way—we’d love to meet you.
