Drink more water. It’s advice I hear all the time, and something I’m sure we all wish we did more of. It’s better for our joints, keeps our muscles energized during workouts, and helps regulate our temperature so we can keep feeling good for longer. And this is just to name a few! There are so many benefits to drinking more water.
Interestingly enough, one of the pieces of feedback we hear the most about Bivo sport water bottles is that they help our customers drink more water. And it’s a change I noticed myself as well. Before owning a Bivo bottle, I often would go my entire bike ride or lacrosse game having drank little to no water at all. With normal plastic bottles, it's to get the water out quickly and efficiently. Not to mention the horrible warm plastic taste they have after sitting in the sun. I’m horrified to think about the mold that was certainly forming inside the hard-to-clean lids and nozzles. Bivo bottles fixed all of these problems I had as an athelte and made drinking water an actually pleasant experience. Because of this, I drink more water! The water flows out quickly, consistently, and tastes fresh. So I spend less time worrying about my water, and more time actually enjoying what I'm doing.
But don’t just take it from me. I realize I may be a bit biased here, but I also handle all of our customer service inquiries and this is what I hear from our customers every single day. I also read through some of our reviews, and the feedback was consistent: people drink more water with a Bivo bottle.

“Regarding performance, I used the bottles on my ride yesterday. They kept the water cold, and the water flow was better than any bottle I have ever used. I usually drink about one and a half bottles during a ride, but I ended up drinking over two bottles simply because of the volume I could get with each drink.There are so many benefits to these modern, well-designed bottles.
