I lost my o ring for my Bivo Trio 21oz bottle. How do I get a replacement?

All of us at Bivo care a lot about design and performance. We want our bottles to look sleek, feel great in your hands, and perform really well.
One element of our insulated water bottles (Bivo Trio and Bivo Trio Mini) that is essential to performance, but doesn’t impact the look of the bottles, is the o-ring.

One element of our insulated water bottles (Bivo Trio and Bivo Trio Mini) that is essential to performance, but doesn’t impact the look of the bottles, is the o-ring.
On insulated bottles - the Bivo Trio and Trio Mini - the o-ring is tucked under the top of the lid, nestled in snugly above the threading. Hidden, but playing an essential role.
The o-ring, or sealing ring, is a silicone circle, responsible for sealing the bottle tight and preventing leaking.
As you twist the lid on tight, the sealing ring is compressed, squeezing out any possible escape of water from the bottle. When properly in place, the sealing ring does its job very well– we made sure of that with a rigorous design and testing process.
We designed the o-ring to be super easy to clean. (Who likes drinking mold? Definitely not us!) So, we made the venting straw, the nozzle and the o-ring all easily removable and dishwasher safe.
So here is your step-by-step guide on removing and reinstalling your o-ring for easy cleaning!

Thanks for the tutorial!
I clean my bottles every time since it is so easy.
To reinstall the o-ring, I use the end of a chopstick to push it back in place to make sure it is secure. I run it fully around at least once. So easy!
I also use q-tips to clean out the small hole that the straw attaches to – both top and bottom. Just be careful with the clear plastic piece in that area. If it does come out, it can be reinserted using a chopstick as well.
I like to wash my bottle by hand so I can make sure nothing gets lost. All pieces get air dried overnight.
If I am bikepacking, I still clean everything but reassemble right away and fill up for the next day. A half-chopstick and q-tips travel with me.

I didn’t grow up with access to outdoor adventures or cycling culture. Bikes weren’t part of my world, not as a sport, not as freedom, not even as transportation. So, when I had my first real experience on a mountain bike, I had no idea how deeply it would change my life. That first ride wasn’t just about navigating dirt trails or learning to shift gears. It was about discovering a part of myself I hadn’t met before, a version that was stronger, more capable, and open to new challenges. It didn’t just change how I saw biking, it changed how I saw myself. From that moment on, I was hooked.
