My friend was looking at me a bit sheepishly. I broke into laughter. My friend’s enthusiasm for the bottle was so strong, despite not knowing how to unlock what is probably the best part of the bottle- the flow.
My good friend had had a Bivo bottle for many months now and we were out on a crisp fall hike up Camel’s Hump. She took her bottle out of her backpack and started unscrewing the top to take a sip.
I stopped her and quickly showed her how the nozzle moves up and down to open and close.
It’s easy to open and close once you know how. But, for Bivo newbies, it’s not necessarily clear.
