We believe there is a smile in every adventure, no matter how far the journey.

To us, the joy that comes from a run or ride, whether around the block or around the mountain, keeps us moving forward. At Bivo we will always celebrate the smiles, the tears and the effort because those are the emotions that keep us going.

We are a small team of eight people living (mostly) in Vermont. We love product, challenges, being outside, bikes, and people. Our hometown of Richmond is nestled in the green mountains and is home to 40+ miles of mountain bike trails and hundreds of miles of dirt roads.

Today on Quench'd, we hear from Rick Armbruster, the founder of Upcycle Bikes. Rick knows how life changing a bike can be and works to get bikes into the hands of people who need them.

We interviewed athletic trainer and marathon runner Kim Lord about how cyclists can stay fit throughout the off season and introduce running into their off season routines.
