We do our best to process and ship orders within 48hrs of purchase. Orders ship only Monday through Friday; we do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. 

We offer international shipping, but Bivo does not and can not determine or cover the VAT/GST/Duty costs for your delivery. For example, in the EU this could be upwards of 18% for VAT. Take this into consideration before your international purchase. Thank you for understanding!
