Overview:
Bivo is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to support our growing operations. This full-time role is essential to ensuring timely and accurate shipping and receiving of both DTC (direct-to-consumer) and wholesale orders. You’ll work closely with our Ops Manager to help maintain organization, efficiency, and quality within our warehouse.
Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and ship customer and wholesale orders
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments
- Help maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits
- Process returns and exchanges
- Support general warehouse organization and cleanliness
- Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager on additional operational needs
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Ability to lift boxes (up to 40 lbs) and be on your feet for extended periods
- Prior warehouse or shipping experience is a plus, but not required
